The Service is a B2B product; this Policy applies to professional users in all tiers. Read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. 2. What Are Cookies?
Small text files stored on your device. We also use local storage, Firebase Installation IDs, and pixel tags. "Cookies" in this Policy includes all such technologies.

5. Google Firebase Analytics
Firebase Analytics (Google LLC, EU-US Data Privacy Framework certified) provides aggregate product analytics. Configured with: IP anonymization enabled; advertising features and advertising ID collection disabled; minimal data collection; retention periods set in Firebase console. We do not use Firebase for advertising. Google's privacy policy governs data processed by Firebase.
6. Third-Party Cookies
Third-party cookies are set by Google (Firebase) and Stripe (payments). No advertising cookies. No ad networks. No cross-site tracking.
7. Your Choices
Cookie Banner: Accept or reject non-essential cookies on first visit. Reject has equal prominence to accept. Non-essential cookies (including Firebase) do not load until consent is given. Update preferences anytime via footer link or account settings.
Browser Settings: Block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent Service use.
GPC Signal: We honor Global Privacy Control as required by CCPA/CPRA and applicable U.S. state laws. GPC detection triggers opt-out of non-essential cookies and analytics.
DNT: No industry standard exists; not currently honored. Analytics configuration minimizes tracking by default.
8. On-Premise Deployment
Enterprise customers using on-premise, self-hosted deployment control their own cookie and analytics configuration. This Cookie Policy applies only to the cloud-hosted Service at vaneloop.com.
9. Legal Basis
EEA/UK/Switzerland: strictly necessary cookies per ePrivacy Art. 5(3) exemption; all others require consent. Germany/Austria: TTDSG and DSG compliance. United States: applicable state laws; GPC honored; no sale of personal information via cookies.
10. Changes
Material changes communicated via cookie banner or Privacy Policy notifications.
