Sub-Processors

Vane Loop engages the following sub-processors to provide the Service. We provide thirty (30) days' advance notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor.

Data Protection Safeguards
All sub-processors are contractually bound to:
- Process data only as instructed by Vane Loop
- Maintain appropriate technical and organizational security measures
- Ensure confidentiality of personnel handling personal data
- Assist with data subject rights requests
- Notify Vane Loop of any data breaches
- Delete or return data upon termination
International Data Transfers
For sub-processors located outside the EEA/UK/Switzerland, we rely on:
- EU-US Data Privacy Framework (for Google, Stripe)
- Standard Contractual Clauses (EU Commission Decision 2021/914, Module 2: Controller to Processor)
- UK International Data Transfer Addendum (where applicable)
- Swiss modifications to SCCs (where applicable)
Updates to This List
We provide thirty (30) days' advance notice via email to subscribed customers before:
- Adding a new sub-processor
- Replacing an existing sub-processor
- Material changes to a sub-processor's role or data access
Pro, Pro/Team, and Enterprise customers may object to a new sub-processor within the notice period. If we cannot accommodate the objection, you may terminate the affected portion of the Service and receive a pro-rated refund.
